All Terms of Use must be agreed upon in writing, and a Licensee must be in good standing at all times, be reputable and financially suitable, with all required fees pre-paid on time in full.
Film Studios, TV Stations, and Big Boxes may license the non-exclusive playtime right of a single or multiple "Celebrate Songs" Ex: Christmas or Father's Day songs by pre-paying a yearly flat license fee per song, per location distributed, valid within the single year of licensing and expiring on December 31st at midnight of that same year. Licenses are non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, and copyright ownership is never transferred to any Licensee by the Licensor.
SECTION 4: INFRINGEMENTS AND RIGHTS. We safeguard the Intellectual Properties (IP's) that are offered through this and our affiliated websites to prospective Licensees carefully and have banned, and reported companies that pirate copyrighted ownerships on their websites by requiring copyright owners to unfairly grant them their rights when simply uploading their creations without receiving any compensation. If you notice any infringer that is not listed on our website as an Authorized reseller of the Lady-Elle StarQueen Artworks, Brands or Creations, please email us as soon as possible to safeguard the quality and value of the Name Brands and the special value of your License. The Copyrights owner shall always and at all times retain full and complete ownership of her creations worldwide and to perpetuity.
LE-SQ the Licensor-Copyrights' Owner does not transfer any right or title to you at any time for any portion of any Artwork or Creation including Music offered to you. Only a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable, non modifiable license during a limited licensed time frame can be assigned to you when approved for licensing and for on a specific product, and for a specific time and for approved location(s). Any right granted to you can only be in writing, and must be authorized and signed by the copyright owner/administration prior to your use of the License that must be current. You may not circumvent at any time these rights, or disable any content or copyright notice that you intend to use for any of the Products or Services, or suggest any association with the copyrighted products, services or the Licensor’s Name Brands with you unless these rights or any right is granted to you in writing by the Licensor. *The purchase of copies of music or songs or merchandises created by Lady-Elle StarQueen licensed to you on this website or through an approved Licensee of Lady-Elle StarQueen Inc. grants you a license for your private use to perpetuity.
